Mode of application:

• The corset is worn directly on the body or underwear, prolonged wearing of the corset does not lead to loss of one's own muscle mass. Put on the corset so that the splints and crossed bands are in the middle of the lumbar spine. Take the lower part of the Velcro fastener in your left hand and pull it towards the middle. Take the rest in your right hand, pull to the middle and secure, use the elasticity of the corset to achieve maximum effect. At what height the corset should be placed depends on the location of the pain.
